Product Warranty

Orchid Ceramics, LLC ("Orchid Ceramics") warrants that our products are manufactured to meet the performance specifications as stated in our Performance Data sheet (the "Specifications").

Residential Lifetime Quality Warranty

Orchid Ceramics will replace any 1st quality product purchased from Orchid Ceramics for use in an indoor residential location that fails to meet the Specifications. Our lifetime warranty covers the original end user of Orchid Ceramics products for as long as such original end user owns his or her home and is non-transferable. This warranty does not include removal and/or installation of the product and/or replacement product. Use of muriatic acid (hydrochloric) on the tile will void this warranty.

Commercial Warranty

Because specific installation details, structural design and environmental conditions are beyond the control of Orchid Ceramics, except as specifically set forth below, Orchid Ceramics does not warrant the performance of 1st quality products installed in a commercial setting after they are installed. In the event any product installed in a commercial setting fails to meet the Specifications, Orchid Ceramics will replace any defective products, F.O.B. Orchid Ceramics´ designated distribution center, provided Orchid Ceramics is notified in writing of such defect within one year of installation or within 18 months of shipment of product, whichever comes first. This warranty does not include removal and/or installation of the product and/or replacement product. Use of muriatic acid (hydrochloric) on the tile will void this warranty.

DISCLAIMER

These warranties are provided to the original end-user only and are non-transferable. In the event the product being replaced is unavailable, Orchid Ceramics shall have the right to replace the product with product of a similar type, quality and cost as the product being replaced.

The warranties and remedies set forth herein are limited and shall not apply to damage, deterioration or failure of the product resulting from improper storage, installation, use or maintenance, damage caused by intentional abuse, abnormal wear and tear, differences in color between the product delivered and any sample or photograph or shade variations. THE WARRANTIES SET FORTH IN THIS DOCUMENT ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER WRITTEN, ORAL, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY. NO IMPLIED STATUTORY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE SHALL APPLY.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ORCHID CERAMICS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.

Please retain the sales receipt for the products. Orchid Ceramics will require that you present the receipt in the event of a claim in order to allow Orchid Ceramics to verify the date and proof of purchase.
